ANTEPARTUM CARE
While we hope for the most blissful pregnancy, sometimes complications do arise. It is important to recognize that not all pregnancies are created equal, sometimes complications do arise that require assistance. Birthing moms have to undergo bed rest due to medical reasons. Depending on your needs, the doula can help with day-to-day household tasks, help with caring for your older children, and even help you plan a meal. Let us do what you should not do!
Ease your fears as much as possible.
Listen carefully to your concerns.
Affirming your feelings is important to us.
Providing you with resources to address your concerns.
Provide relaxation techniques to assist in relaxing the body and mind.
To help with coping.
To assist you in preparing for birth with joyful confidence.
Our priorities include
ANTEPARTUM CARE
